At KLO Financial Services, we are so pleased to announce our outstanding results after having being mystery shopped by an industry-leading publication, FTAdviser. The mystery shop involved a phone call to KLO, where one of our diploma-qualified advisers gave an explanation of liquid assets.
After a “speedy” response to answering the call, when asked about inheritance tax planning our adviser explained the various possible solutions, from Trusts, insurance plans and specialist BPR products. In the words of the mystery shopper, our adviser did a fantastic job of explaining the various options to the caller and answered all the questions confidently.
In the results published, our adviser’s telephone manner and guidance given was referred to as “friendly, engaging and knowledgeable”.
We are all immensely proud of the services we provide and this pride is only heightened by achieving recognition and approval from within the industry. Well done!
